John Francis Abner Neill

General Notes:
John was a brass band leader and played the Euphoniam. Johns father Isaac founded the Neill memorial brass band.
When Isaac died, John (aged 21) was too young to take over the family furniture business and went to work with the Co-operative hand making furniture.

John married Madeline Ferguson, daughter of Samuel Ferguson and Elizabeth Dominick, on 16 Apr 1938 in St Simons, Belfast. (Madeline Ferguson was born on 28 May 1912 in Belfast and died on 28 Jan 1998 in Newtonabbey, N. Ireland.)
